Warranty & Insurance / Product Liability Policy

1. Warranty Coverage – What is Covered

  • SAFEON comes with a 1-Year Limited Parts Warranty (from date of purchase/invoice), valid only for the Original Owner. Safeon Power Purifier

  • Warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects in the electronic/electrical components of the Product (i.e. parts inside the main unit or controller). Safeon Power Purifier

  • Under warranty, Company (through SAFEON manufacturer/distributor) will at its discretion repair, refurbish or replace the defective part or entire unit. Safeon Power Purifier+1

2. What Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions)

Warranty becomes void if damage arises from: Safeon Power Purifier

  • Improper installation by unauthorized persons or third-party technicians.

  • Shipping damage or damage during transit handled privately by purchaser.

  • Misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, incorrect electrical voltage/current, overload beyond rated load, or use beyond specification.

  • Water, dampness, corrosive environment, rodents, soot, rust, or external contamination causing internal damage.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or maintenance tasks (cleaning dust, fan cleaning, etc.).

  • Damage due to fire not caused by electrical fault, natural disasters (flood, lightning, storms), acts of God, or force-majeure events.

  • Re-installation at a different location without notifying Company or outside premises declared at time of audit/purchase. Safeon Power Purifier+1

3. Warranty Validity & Transferability

  • Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase/invoice. Safeon Power Purifier

  • Warranty is non-transferable — only original purchaser (first owner) qualifies. Safeon Power Purifier

  • Warranty valid only if Product was purchased through official channel / authorized distributor/dealer of KBM.

4. Claim Process & Customer Obligations

To avail warranty service:

  1. Customer must register the Product in the warranty portal (or via form) immediately after purchase/installation. Safeon Power Purifier

  2. Submit purchase invoice, installation certificate, and serial number / product ID.

  3. Report defect in writing (email/WhatsApp/call) within warranty period.

  4. Allow authorized service personnel to inspect and test the unit.

  5. For replacement, the defective part/unit becomes property of Company/manufacturer — replaced unit will carry warranty only for the remaining period, not a fresh full warranty.

5. Insurance & Product Liability Cover

  • SAFEON devices sold via KBM are backed by product-liability insurance (as per manufacturer’s claim). Safeon Power Purifier+1

  • Insurance is valid only when the Product is installed and used as per guidelines (proper installation by authorized crew, appropriate wiring/earthing, load limits respected).

  • The insurance covers accidental faults due to manufacturing defects — but does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or external hazards (fire, flood, lightning, etc.).

  • Insurance claims must be reported within 48 hours of incident with full documentation (invoice, installation proof, photos, incident report). Company will coordinate with insurance partner for claim processing.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • Company’s (and manufacturer’s) total liability under warranty or insurance is limited to repair or replacement of the Product or its defective parts. Any other claims (property loss, injury, indirect damages) are expressly disclaimed. Eaton+1

  • Warranty and Insurance cover do not guarantee against all risks — they protect only against defects arising from manufacturing or workmanship, not misuse, negligence, or external events.

  • No oral claims or unwritten commitments by dealers, technicians or partners will be valid. Warranty and insurance obligations are valid only if documented through official channels.

7. Customer Acceptance

By purchasing and installing SAFEON through KBM, Customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges understanding the scope and limitations of Warranty & Insurance coverage.
