1. Definitions & Scope

  • “Product” or “SAFEON” refers to SAFEON Power Purifier device purchased by customer via KBM / authorized distributor.

  • “Customer”, “You”, “Buyer” refers to the original purchaser/owner of the Product.

  • “Company”, “We”, “us” refers to KBM (in partnership with SAFEON manufacturer) providing sales, installation, support and warranty services.

  • These Terms & Conditions govern sale, installation, use, warranty and services for SAFEON Power Purifier.

2. Purchase & Sale

  • Purchase orders placed by Customer become binding only after payment confirmation and issuance of official invoice by KBM / authorized distributor.

  • Product price, delivery, installation charges (if any), and applicable taxes must be as per invoice.

  • Customer must provide accurate address and contact information for delivery / installation.

3. Installation & Usage Conditions

  • SAFEON must be installed by authorized installation crew / technician arranged by KBM or its partner — as per installation guidelines provided.

  • Installation at a location outside what was declared during purchase/ audit may void warranty.

  • Use of SAFEON should adhere to the electrical specifications provided (load limits, wiring standards, earthing, voltage norms etc.).

  • Customer must ensure proper earthing and wiring before installation; improper wiring or earthing may affect safety and warranty.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts of SAFEON under Warranty (see below).

  • We are not responsible for any incidental, consequential, indirect, economic, or special damages — including loss of use, data, revenue, property damage, or personal injury — arising from use or misuse of SAFEON.

  • We do not guarantee protection against damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, use beyond rated load, or force-majeure events (lightning, fire not caused by electrical fault, floods, natural disasters, rodents, corrosive environment, etc.).

5. User Responsibilities

  • Customer must register the Product for Warranty with our portal (or as provided) immediately upon purchase/installation. Safeon Power Purifier

  • Customer must allow authorized service personnel access for inspections or warranty claims.

  • Customer must not attempt self-repair or unauthorized repairs; that voids warranty.

  • For any defect claim, Customer must notify us within the warranty period and provide purchase invoice & installation proof.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be governed by applicable Indian laws.

  • All disputes will be subject to arbitration held in [Your City or nearest jurisdiction], whose decision will be final.

7. Amendments & Updates

  • Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be published on website; continued use or purchase after update implies acceptance.
